Village At Leesburg is much more than the average shopping center. Retail uses are combined with office and residential units above to create a main street urban environment—with architecture that presents itself as timeless and in keeping with the rich historic context—to serve as the eastern gateway to the historic Town of Leesburg and greater Loudoun County, Virginia.
Situated just west of Washington, D.C., the Village at Leesburg is designed as mixed use project that will serve as the eastern gateway to the historic Town of Leesburg, Virginia and greater Loudoun County. Approximately 220,000 square feet of retail uses are combined with 50,000 square feet of office and 350 residential units above to create a main street urban environment with architecture that presents itself as timeless and in keeping with the rich historic context of the area. Shook Kelley was commissioned to lead in the master planning for the project.
