Working with the nation’s largest food wholesaler, Supervalu Inc. (a Fortune 100 company), Shook Kelley had the challenge of taking the company’s retail brands to the next level.
Shook Kelley worked with several brands including Shoppers Food Warehouse, Metro, Cub Foods, Bigg’s, Scott’s, and Shop ‘n Save, Festival Foods and Sentry. In order to determine a strategic vision for each brand, each store went through a brand audit and strategy to understand the health of the brands as they related to each other and how they fit into the larger corporate structure.
