Old Town Yorba Linda

Save

In conjunction with Moule & Polyzoides, Architects and Urbanists, Shook Kelley developed the retail master plan for a 12 acre redevelopment site within the new Town Center, destined to become the new “living room” of this beautiful North Orange County community of 70,000+ people.

Old Town Yorba Linda will be built as a village environment at a pedestrian scale, where walkability and the pedestrian street experience will be heavily emphasized. As fully integrated mixed-use environment, Old Town will provide the best of live, work, shop, play and stay. The retail tenant roster will offer a wide array of dining options along with a diverse selection of high quality retail stores to fulfill the complete shopping experience, while also providing for residential loft, live-work space, and creative office opportunities fully integrated into the new village center. All of the new space will be in easy walking distance to a new one acre new town green, and be connected by walking paths and paseos, accented by the extensive use of mature landscaping. Old Town will be a place for families and friends. A place where children can run and explore, where mom and dad can relax and dine, and where time can pass with ease, this is the new Old Town.
