City Park
City Park is soon to become one of Charlotte’s newest pedestrian–friendly mixed-use developments. Shook Kelley was hired to develop the retail master plan portion of the site, formerly of which the Charlotte Coliseum resided upon – the one time home to the NBA Charlotte Hornets.
Nestled among a thriving office community, numerous hotels, multiple recreational amenities, a farmer’s market and a 140-acre park, it will be a neighborhood where active people will live, work, play, shop, eat and socialize.
