For LV Realty, Shook Kelley worked closely with the development team, representatives of the village government, and the local community to craft a plan for a new 170-acre village center to set the standard for future community growth.
For this community founded in 1995, the master plan establishes an equestrian small village atmosphere, containing a combination of 600,000 square feet of commercial space, 120 Live over homes and town homes, 120 single family homes, an elementary school, public parks totaling over 10 acres, 50 acres of natural areas for walking bicycling, horseback riding, religious building site, YWCA, and a future Village Hall and Services Center.
