DC Ranch
In conjunction with Mr. Lauren B. Askew, FAIA, Shook Kelley prepared a master plan for a new town center located in the high Sonoran desert of North Scottsdale, Arizona.
DC Ranch is an ultra-exclusive community consisting of a five-star resort, high-end housing, and retail for scions of the new economy. The location incorporates a Spanish-Colonial theme in keeping with the historical precedence of the Southwest.
