Presented to one North Carolina Firm that has an established presence in the state, and has consistently produced quality architecture with a verifiable level of client satisfaction for a period of at least 10 years. This is the highest honor that the Chapter can bestow on a firm.

The Beatties Ford Road Corridor was recognized for a 2024 Urbie, a recognition and celebration of urban design in Charlotte. Within the Beatties Ford Road Corridor are ongoing planning and development projects led by Historic West End Partners, LISC Charlotte, and Five Points Community Collaborative with Neighboring Concepts, Shook Kelley and other members of the communuity.
